The recruitment process for IBPS PO recruitment incorporates four main levels including these four steps that are IBPS PO Prelims exam, IBPS PO Mains Exam, Personal Interview (PI) and document verifications. After completing all these four levels, candidates get posted as PO (Probationary Officers) in any of the banks included in IBPS.
